The New National Health Service (NNHS) of the WHB GHA-WW is based on three fundamental principles: universality, equality and equity. The pursuit of these principles requires strengthening its capacity to operate as a community-based system, DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE AND WIH PEOPLE.

Although starting as a private service, with the introduction of the Mixed Payment System (current currency, cryptocurrencies, complementary currencies, barter and time banking) it is intended to bring the three aforementioned principles into being, by applying them to the highest level of coverage and healthcare service that can be provided to all citizens, without any income distinction.

In this perspective and context, there is the need to strengthen the territorial healthcare services provided by the current public NHS, reducing inequalities and, at the same time, building a shared and homogeneous service delivery model across each national territory.

When ideas and the economy are suppressed this leads to negativity, contraction and waste or destruction of the components of its dynamics: people, families, groups, associations, companies, organizations, governments, races, species, spiritual values, animal and plant life, Beings and religions, aesthetics and art, and its behavioral and ethical codes.

Saving a dying civilization is achieved by:

• The location and identification of suppressive influences.
• The provision of a positive alternative, disseminating it as a vector of comparable value.
• By financing it stably.
• Keeping its production and trade free and unregulated.
• Taking it into consideration for correction when necessary to increase its power.
• Distributing its values ​​and aesthetics widely.
• By responsibly evaluating, planning and coordinating the survival and expansion of its components.

So many tricks have been used to manipulate economic systems, and so many political influences exist, that people are often very hard pressed trying to bring about solvency to conduct their activities over the course of their life. Money can be manipulated in a thousand different ways.
Money HAS to represent something. It can represent gold or beans or eggs and cheese, or hours of work or specialized/general help, or grandma's dresser, or almost anything, as long as the thing it represents is real. Whatever it represents, the item must be exchangeable.
